Liverpool prepare to host Fulham at Anfield in what promises to be an entertaining game of football in the Premier League tomorrow.
The Reds will aim to return to winning ways domestically after their 3-3 draw against Newcastle United, while Marco Silva’s side are coming on the back of a hard-fought 1-1 draw against Arsenal.
Another intriguing subplot in the game is the narrative around a Fulham player who has been linked with a move to Anfield, with reports claiming that Antonee Robinson has keen admirers at Anfield.
And Silva has lavished praise on the exciting defender ahead of his personal duel with Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah.

Robinson is reportedly valued at around £35m and has earned rave reviews for his performances.
The 27-year-old was at the top of his game against Bukayo Saka last weekend as Fulham came away with a 1-1 draw against Arsenal.
Last season, Robinson came up against Salah but ended up on the losing side, but Silva feels the American can take a leaf out of his performance against Saka to keep the Egyptian at bay tomorrow.
When asked about the duel between Salah and Robinson in his pre-match press conference, Silva said: “Probably another good one – last season was a good example too.

“I think last season we had some good examples about what means a good battle between the full-back and the winger. Let’s hope Robinson does as well as he did last season.
“Saka [vs Arsenal last week] is a good example of what he’s capable of doing, he’s in a very good moment. He’s been great so far this season – not just in our process but in his process too.”
The Portuguese boss lauded Robinson for making big improvements in recent years as he continues to attract interest from Liverpool and other clubs.
“He’s a great athlete and is capable of going up and down, but first of all, he’s a defender and should defend well.
“Big improvements from him over the last two seasons in that aspect of the game as everybody recognises him as a great athlete. His decision-making is improving and I can see him as one of the best in the league.”
Do Liverpool need Robinson?
Robinson has undoubtedly been fantastic in the Premier League and has shown that he can go toe to toe with the best attackers in world football.
With Andy Robertson on the wrong side of his 30s and Kostas Tsimikas struggling with injuries, the summer of 2025 might force Liverpool to enter the left-back market.
The Fulham defender may well emerge as a viable option, but he turns 28 next year, so the Reds might look at someone younger as that could represent a more long-term solution.
Bournemouth’s Milos Kerkez has been linked with a move to Liverpool, with the Hungarian international well known to Richard Hughes as the Reds’ sporting director was the one who signed him at the Vitality Stadium.
Time will tell if Liverpool make a move for Robinson, but for the time being, his personal battle against Salah tomorrow will be worth watching for the Anfield faithful.
