Everton have named Ukrainian brand Nemiroff its official vodka partner, bringing together two iconic institutions with a proud heritage dating back to the 1870s.
Like its new partner on the pitch, Nemiroff focuses on producing only the highest quality results, serving up premium-class grain alcohol that has won awards across the globe.
In a neat echo of the number of Toffees lining up at kick-off, Nemiroff follows 11 stages of filtration.
Nemiroff is Ukraine's number one vodka exporter. It is present on five continents and has received over 130 international awards, including being crowned Vodka Brand Champion 2024.
The brand secures its place as one of the fastest-growing spirits brands worldwide.
The multi-year agreement will see the Nemiroff Vodka brand become a familiar presence at Goodison Park on match days, forging a strong link between the brand, Everton fans and the wider Liverpool and football communities.
Nemiroff Vodka also plans to use the hospitality opportunities available at the club to engage with its consumers worldwide.
Deep roots in tradition and craftsmanship
Founded in the heart of Ukraine’s Podillya region, Nemiroff's story is deeply rooted in tradition.
In 1872, following a significant reconstruction, the Nemiroff distillery became the largest and most respected establishment in the area, playing a key role in alcohol exports to Europe.
With a commitment to quality matched by its new Premier League partner, Nemiroff distinguished itself by using high-grade grain alcohol instead of the more common potato-based spirits of the time.
Growing interest in the UK
In the UK, one of Nemiroff’s most dynamic markets, the brand's rapid rise underscores its commitment to global expansion.
Achieving a sixfold increase in sales in 2023 and securing a position among the top ten imported vodka brands, Nemiroff's success - driven by its partnership with Whyte & Mackay - demonstrates its ability to captivate new audiences.
This collaboration with Everton marks the next chapter in Nemiroff's ambitious journey. It further solidifies its presence in a key market that aligns with its broader global vision of growth, community engagement, and delivering excellence to consumers worldwide.
'That's My Spirit'
The partnership is about shared moments of celebration and camaraderie - just as true Everton fans stand together in good times and bad, Nemiroff Vodka is there to celebrate the joy of winning and as a reminder that true spirits never break, with the message: 'That's My Spirit'.
Everton legend Phil Jagielka and club officials were among the guests at the official launch of Nemiroff's partnership at Tate Modern in London, where media personalities and influencers gathered to experience a vibrant fusion of Ukrainian hospitality and British culture.
At the event, Jagielka explained what the ethos of 'That's My Spirit' meant to him as he reflected on his playing days with the club.
Partnerships have also been launched with West Ham United, Everton and Fulham, as Nemiroff seeks to create tangible links between fans and their teams through exclusive club-inspired cocktails, matchday activations and initiatives that unite fans beyond rivalries.
The partnership also extends beyond the pitch with innovative campaigns, digital engagement, merchandise collaborations, and support for grassroots football programmes.
To mark the start of the partnership, Nemiroff has even named a cocktail in the club's honour - Spirit of the Blues, featuring Nemiroff De Luxe and based on a Nemiroff Negroski.
Spirit of the Blues recipe
30ml Nemiroff De Luxe
30ml Gamondi Bitter
30ml Red Vermouth
10ml Cherry Liqueur
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass over ice, stir with a spoon for 1-1.5 minutes, then pour into a glass over ice. Squeeze essential oils from orange peel, and decorate with peel and cherry.
