Manchester City can reportedly bankroll a winter bid for Bruno Guimaraes following their record-breaking financial report.
For the third consecutive year, the Premier League champions have improved their revenue streams as a full breakdown was published earlier today. City posted a staggering £715million in revenue - including a £139million transfer profit.
That huge surplus could fund a January splurge to reignite Pep Guardiola’s stuttering season. Man City’s goal in August was to win a fifth straight league title but they sit eight points behind leaders Liverpool despite playing an extra game.
