Liverpool are back in Premier League action for the first time in 10 days on Saturday as they take on Fulham at Anfield.
The Reds have not played domestically since their hectic 3-3 draw with Newcastle on December the 4th.
Since then, Liverpool have seen their lead at the top of the Premier League shaved to four points after Chelsea went to Tottenham and won last weekend.
Arsenal and Man City could not follow suit, however, with the Gunners only able to take a point from their game against Fulham.
And the Cottagers will be hopeful of a similar performance when they travel to Anfield on Saturday.
With Liverpool coming off the back of an underwhelming Champions League display against Girona in midweek, Chris Sutton has predicted the score for the 3pm kick-off.

Chris Sutton backs big Liverpool win
Slot was not impressed with Liverpool’s 1-0 win in Spain on Tuesday and nor should he have been.
The Reds were overrun too easily against Girona and had to rely on some heroics from Alisson Becker and a dubious Mohamed Salah penalty to win it.
MORE LIVERPOOL STORIES
The Liverpool head coach will expect better from his team at Anfield and predicting the weekend’s games for BBC Sport, Sutton thinks he will get it.
“They didn’t keep Arsenal out, though, and I can’t see them stopping Liverpool either,” he says.

“Arne Slot’s side were quite flat in their midweek win over Girona. He was quite critical of their performance but I think a lot of teams are going through a period where they are so stretched by the Premier League and Champions League.
“The first goal is going to be important here, but I expect Liverpool to get it and then go on to win comfortably. 3-0”
Last time out against Fulham
Although Sutton is backing Liverpool to get a comfortable win against Fulham, that would not go to form.
Marco Silva has organised a very good team at Craven Cottage and the Reds have found it tough going against them in the past.
Sutton need only look at this fixture last season to see what a good game Fulham can give Liverpool.

Liverpool’s last five Premier League games vs Fulham
The Reds played out a modern-day classic just over one year ago, eventually winning a topsy-turvy game 4-3 at Anfield on December 3rd 2023.
Things were also tight in the return game on the banks of the Thames, with Liverpool eventually winning a slog of a match 3-1.
We hope Sutton is right, but we think he may be underestimating Fulham more than a little.
