Leicester City are set for an exciting January transfer window with Ruud van Nistelrooy at the helm.

Van Nistelrooy has already been linked to several Manchester United players, as well as names from his former club PSV, with the Dutchman looking to improve his starting XI.

Leicester are also eyeing up a move for midfielder Ezechiel Banzuzi, a 19-year-old who is part of the Foxes sister club OH Leuven and has caught the eye of many European clubs.

While an attacking midfielder is one area of priority, defence needs some work too, and van Nistelrooy has hinted at signing new players to beef up multiple positions.

A centre-back to challenge the likes of Jannik Vestergaard, Conor Coady, Wout Faes and Caleb Okoli is on the agenda while another full-back could be eyed.

Joseph is a 19-year-old full-back from the Leicester academy who has made eight appearances in the Premier League 2 this term, grabbing one assist.

The 2005-born defender is also capable of playing as a wing-back or further forward, as displayed in his EFL Trophy outing against Northampton as the young Foxes were beaten 3-0.

In terms of being a long-term replacement for Justin, perhaps the young defender can develop into a top talent under van Nistelrooy and emerge as a breakout star in 2025.
