Arsenal will host Everton at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday (December 14th) as the Gunners continue to fight for top spot in the Premier League.
Mikel Arteta will be happy with the way his team has played this season. They have only lost twice in the Premier League and sit in third position. However, league leaders Liverpool are six points above them in first with a game in hand.
The Gunners will look to build on their momentum having won five of their last six games in all competitions, only drawing to a tough Fulham side last weekend.

Everton are facing a different story this season. They sit in 15th, five points above the relegation zone. Their Merseyside Derby against neighbours Liverpool was cancelled last weekend. Manager Sean Dyche has come under a lot of scrutiny as of late with their series of poor results.
However, in what is such a tight table this year, the Toffees could move up the table fast. With a game in hand over others around them, if they win their next two fixtures and Manchester United lose one, that puts Dyche's team above the Red Devils.
