Jamie Carragher predicts Arsenal to pick up the three points against Everton at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.
The former Liverpool captain told Sky Sports’ Super Six that he fancies a 2-0 win for the Gunners on 14 December in the capital.
Mikel Arteta’s side have won five of their last six games in all competitions and go into this one as favourites.
Carragher said: “Arsenal will win this comfortably after gaining confidence through the week, while Liverpool should be refreshed and sharper after only playing on Tuesday and missing the Everton game.”
Everton will have to be extremely organised to get something from this game
For the Toffees to achieve a result against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, they must embody the quintessential Sean Dyche approach.

This involves setting up in a compact, disciplined formation, focusing on maintaining a solid defensive structure.
By sitting deep, they force Arsenal to break them down, a task that has proven challenging for teams in the past.
Physicality will be key and Dyche will ask his players to disrupt Arsenal’s rhythm and ensure that their backline gives nothing away easily.
The visitors will likely play on the break, capitalising on any open spaces left by an over-committed Arsenal.
It’s obviously easier said than done but the plan will be to be in the game for as long as possible and capitalise on any mistakes.
