Farhad Moshiri is not expected to be at The Emirates as Everton take on Arsenal on Saturday, Joe Thomas has said.
The Liverpool Echo journalist reported on 13 December that the Premier League clash could be his last as majority shareholder at Goodison Park.
After earning Premier League approval, The Friedkin Group are expected to take over imminently after the saga dragged on for months.
Barring any late changes though, Moshiri will not be present in North London.
Farhad Moshiri update at Everton before Arsenal
Not one Everton fan will be bothered about Moshiri and his attendance at The Emirates, he never really attended games before this takeover news anyway.

The Friedkin Group are unlikely to be at every game either, given their responsibilities around Europe and America, with Roma under their stable too.
Sean Dyche will most likely welcome some breathing space with nobody high from the boardroom representing them in North London.
With possible question marks over his future already at Goodison Park, games against Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City are the last thing he needs.
Moshiri will be disappearing very soon, and it is the Christmas present that nearly everybody has been asking for on Merseyside, definitely on one side anyway.
Three points would also be huge ahead of these games, with at least one positive result likely needed in this dreadful run that has already seen Liverpool postponed.
As for Moshiri, good riddance.
In other Everton news, Dan Friedkin has a mid-January deadline to seal a masterstroke at the Blues.
