Everton will be the fresher of the two sides after last weekend's Merseyside Derby was called off due to Storm Darragh, while Arsenal were in Champions League action in midweek.
The Toffee's last outing was a rampant 4-0 win over struggling Wolves, which steered Sean Dyche's side five points clear of the drop zone.

The Merseyside Derby postponement allowed Everton to have a friendly during the week, which got some well-needed minutes into some players returning to full fitness.
Seamus Coleman, Armando Broja, Youssef Chermiti, Nathan Patterson and Jake O’Brien all featured against Mansfield.
Elsewhere, centre-back Michael Keane is due to return from a minor knee injury for the trip to the capital.
