Aston Villa could hold the key to Breno Bidon's move to England should they make a move for Fulham's Andreas Pereira.
Bidon is being linked with a move to Fulham who are being reported to have sized up the midfielder as his replacement should Pereira quit Craven Cottage.
Arsenal are also said to be interested in Bidon who plays for Corinthians in Brazil and it is being reported in South America that a bid is expected in January. That is being tied into the future of [Villa](https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/all-about/aston-villa-fc) target Pereira who has featured in Brazil's squads and scored against Liverpool at Anfield this afternoon.
Olympique de Marseille, from France, and Newcastle and Tottenham are also monitoring Pereira, who has been in good form for Fulham this season.
Fulham are said to want to keep Pereira until the end of the season, but should an offer that is too good to refuse land their way next month, they are expected to launch a bid for Bidon. Pereira has been open in discussing his future, and earlier in November, he spoke about the offers he had to consider.
"From outside (England), there was an offer from Marseille, we talked, and unfortunately it didn't work out," he said. "In the last few days (of the window) there was also an offer from Nottingham Forest."
