Wolves’ season went from bad to worst on Saturday afternoon as Ipswich scored a late winner to beat the Old Gold 2-1.
The club are seemingly in free fall at the moment after they were condemned to their fourth successive Premier League defeat.
Gary O’Neil refused to take responsibility for the defeat as the club remained 19th in the table.
However, their situation could now be getting worse as their star man faces a potential ban.

At full-time tempers flared at Molineux after another awful performance.

Another was Matheus Cunha who was seen pushing an Ipswich staff member in the face which caused his glasses to fall off.
Now, former referee Mike Dean believes he could receive a ban for his actions.
‘Going back to the suspension. Cunha, the biggest player that they’ve got. I’ve watched the footage back afterwards,’ Dean told Sky Sports.
‘He elbows the back of the head of one of the Ipswich coaches. Then he pulls his glasses off and throws them to the pitch.
‘For me, I think he’ll be in trouble with the FA.’

While the defeat to Ipswich is terrible, the scenes at full-time are inexcusable. Now, both Ait-Nouri and Cunha could be banned for Leicester – a must-win game.
Wolves are simply shooting themselves in the foot every week with their antics which is only angering the fans more.
New captain Nelson Semedo has a big job on his hands to ensure the dressing room stops losing its head after every defeat.
It is no wonder no manager wants the Wolves job when players act so foolishly and unfortunately, it will only result in relegation.
