Real Madrid star ruled out of Sevilla clash

La Liga giants Real Madrid have this evening been dealt a blow on the personnel front.

As much comes owing to developments in the club’s meeting with Rayo Vallecano.

Carlo Ancelotti’s troops currently find themselves embroiled in one of the games of the Spanish football season to date.

After falling into a two-goal hole inside the first-half, Real battled their way back into the lead through a trio of goals either side of the interval, only to surrender the advantage once more just beyond the hour mark.

The current scoreline, though, is far from the only source of concern to have come to the fore for Los Blancos thus far this evening.

In addition, they have seen a leading member of the club’s frontline pick up a suspension.

The player in question? Vinícius Jr.

Wide-man Vinícius was for his part introduced off the bench at Vallecas, amid ongoing efforts to recover full fitness following a spell on the sidelines.

Shortly after being thrown into the fray, however, the Brazilian was shown a yellow card.

His 5th of the La Liga campaign to date, as much means a one-game suspension awaits Vinícius, set to be served next weekend, in Real Madrid’s clash with Sevilla.
