With the January transfer window looming, Europe’s big clubs are jostling to get in position to line up their targets, with Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United all active.

Confirmed: Osimhen is a Chelsea fan

Chelsea have been told by Nigeria captain William Troost-Ekong that Victor Osimhen is a supporter of the Stamford Bridge side and his dream is to sign for the Blues.

Osimhen is on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, having seen a move to Chelsea late in the summer transfer window fall through.

“I can tell you he’s a Chelsea fan, I can confirm that,” he told talkSPORT.

“He always plays like it's his last game of football, chasing down every ball and going for every header.”

“Everything that looks like it shouldn’t be a chance, he makes it a chance, I think he’s one of the most feared strikers to play against.”

Juventus drop Zirkzee transfer hint: He’s very good!

Juventus have dropped a hint that they could make a January transfer move for Manchester United attacker Joshua Zirkzee.

The Netherlands international has been on the periphery at Old Trafford for several weeks after a big-money summer move, leading to rumours that Juve could move for the former Bologna star.

Sporting director of the Turin side Cristiano Giuntoli has effectively confirmed these rumours.

Speaking to DAZN on Saturday prior to a Serie A clash against Venezia, he said: “Zirkzee is very good but he is part of another team and I can’t say anything else.”

Man Utd step up chase for Amorim’s second deal

With Diego Leon on the verge of joining Manchester United, the Red Devils are working to secure a signing that will immediately bolster Ruben Amorim’s first-team options.

The Red Devils are in 'direct contact' with Girona over Miguel Gutierrez, according to a report.

FootballTransfers exclusively revealed in October that he had become Man Utd’s top target for the left-back role.

Arsenal and Chelsea fight over €100m wonderkid

Palmeiras attacker Vitor Reis is once again a transfer target for Premier League giants Arsenal and Chelsea, the Brazilian media have reported.

Europe’s elite sides are all following the 18-year-old centre-back, who is expected to follow the likes of Gabriel Jesus, Willian Estevao and Endrick in coming out of the Sao Paulo-based club.

While concrete offers have not been made for the defender, who has a release clause of €100 million in his contract, it is claimed that Arsenal, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Inter have all made contact with the Brazilian club to gather information on the youngster.

Viktor Gyokeres: Troy Deeney gets it spectacularly wrong

Former Premier League striker Troy Deeney called out Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres for being little more than a workhorse forward.

Speaking to TalkSport, Deeney claimed that if he was a player who could elevate Arsenal to Man Utd to the realms of Premier League champions, they would already have signed up.

Unfortunately for the former Watford man, the statistics paint a rather different picture, with Gyokeres comfortably outperforming the likes of Mohamed Salah over the course of the last five years when it comes to finishing – and even getting close to the level of Erling Haaland.
