**Arsenal**have rejected a humongous offer for their young centre-back Jakub Kiwior. Serie A club Napoli have proposed a 12 million for the youngster but the Gunners are adamant on a higher price. The January transfer window can brew some interesting negotiations between the two clubs.
Jakub who has been exceptional for Arsenal this season has fit in well with the squad. He played an important role while the Gunners were dealing with an injury crisis this season. A new situation has arisen as many injured players have recovered.
Kiwior made his way to Emirates Stadium in the January of 2023. He since has made 50 appearances in a red and white shirt.
There is a new problem arising as many injured players have recovered and made their way into the first team. Jakub is now struggling to get playing time under Mikel Arteta. There are many first-choice defenders who come above Kiwior like William Saliba, Riccardo Calafiori and Ben White.

A move to a new club is the best choice for the defender as there is less chance of him being in the first squad of Arsenal. Mikel Arteta has already set long-term plans with his team and Kiwior is unlikely to fit in it.

Serie A against Napoli have put in a big offer for the Polish youngster to bring him to the Diego Maradona stadium. The Italian club have offered a 12 million euros offer plus add-ons for Kiwior to join Napoli from Arsenal as per the reports of the Mirror.
The Gunners have rejected this bid as they are looking for a much bigger deal according to The Mirror. Arsenal has priced Jakub at a price tag of 20 million euros. This is a humongous pricing for a 24-year-old but there are many Italian clubs who have the pockets to fund this purchase.
Napoli has not given up the chase on Kiwior as he is their priority target in January. It is believed that Jakub’s agent will play a major role in bringing the defender to Italy on loan. Jakub is no stranger to playing for an Italian club as he has played for Spezia for two seasons.
Juventus and Inter Milan are keeping a close eye on Kiwior’s situation with Napoli. It will not be a surprise if other Italian giants take a chance to sign the defender in January. A 20-million-euro deal should not be a problem for clubs like Juventus and Inter Milan.
A move to Serie A will be a new challenge for the 24-year-old. If any team do make a final deal with the Polish youngster it will boost their chances of winning titles this season.
