Wolves are in a world of trouble after suffering yet another defeat in the Premier League, this time at the hands of Ipswich Town.
Wolves lost 2-1 at Molineux, with the visitors scoring in the last seconds of the game.
A Matt Doherty own goal gave Ipswich the lead, after some really poor defending in the build-up. But Matheus Cunha equalised for Wolves after good work from Goncalo Guedes.
But Wolves then conceded right at the end from a corner, with Jack Taylor nodding in relatively unchallenged – that was the 16th goal Wolves have conceded from a set-piece this season in the Premier League.
After the final whistle had been blown, both Rayan Ait-Nouri and Matheus Cunha completely lost their heads.
Ait-Nouri was kicking off and Cunha had a scuffle with an Ipswich member of staff – and Theo Walcott couldn’t quite believe the scenes that unfolded.

Cunha is now facing a ban following his behaviour against Ipswich.
Ait-Nouri was shown a second yellow card for his antics, and will miss the next game against Leicester City. He will then return on four yellow cards, meaning one more would result in another one-game ban.
MORE WOLVES STORIES
The pair embarrassed themselves and the club, and Theo Walcott gave his verdict on Match of the Day last night. He suggested that the pair’s behaviour against Ipswich, which followed what Mario Lemina did after the defeat to West ham United, suggests O’Neil may be losing the dressing room.
Amid claims that O’Neil has actually already been sacked, the former winger said on Match of the Day last night: “Discipline has gone out of the window here. Initially, you can see Delap and Ait-Nouri, this is where they both got bookings, they initiated the scuffle basically. The whole scenario which caused this disruption.
“After the scenes against West Ham, this has gone too far. You see now Cunha comes in and he actually gives one of the Ipswich security staff an elbow to the back of the head, which he’s unaware of. And not just that, he then removes his glasses.
“They’re going to miss him now and Ait-Nouri. When we talk about Gary O’Neil losing his dressing room. West Ham was the signs, today again. Leicester away next weekend, it’s a good time for Leicester to play them if they’re losing those players. It’s not acceptable, that’s for sure.”
Wolves players are embarrassing themselves and the club
It’s been quite the week at Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.
It started with the scenes at West Ham United when Mario Lemina got into a scuffle with Jarrod Bowen, which then ultimately led to him being stripped of the captaincy later in the week.
The scenes with Cunha and Ait-Nouri were just embarrassing and as Walcott said, not acceptable.
It doesn’t matter what provoked them, they both needed to have cooler heads in that moment. Now, Wolves will be without their two mavericks against Leicester.
We also saw Jose Sa jump into the South Bank recently against Bournemouth, and it’s clear there’s a real problem with emotion in the dressing room right now.
The narrative has been that O’Neil still has the dressing room in a good place, but given what’s happened over the past few weeks it’s clear that it isn’t.
