Here is a roundup of the top Chelsea news, gossip and transfer latest from icfootballnews that we think you guys could have missed today…
There has been some fresh reports which have suggested that CHELSEA may be in with a chance of landing Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic in the upcoming transfer window, if they want to sign a striker.
Despite the great start to the season that Enzo Maresca has had this season as Chelsea boss, there is still alot of speculation in the media that the Blues are looking to add a new striker to that attack in order to keep chasing that Premier League title.
A report from Fichajes has claimed that the Serbian international striker could be on his way out of Serie A club Juventus because of his premium wages.
The 24-year-old striker earns £200,000-a-week wages at Juventus, and the Serie A club could be forced to sell him because of that, as he will not take a pay cut. The development will come as a major boost for clubs hoping to sign him
Reporter Iomie Stanley recently claimed he could be a great signing for CHELSEA: “Vlahovic was a name hugely linked in connection with signing for the Blues in 2022 and has been regularly named in transfer windows since.
“Having scored 44 goals in 109 Serie A games for Fiorentina, he decided instead to make a £66.6million move to Juventus over the Premier League and is once again banging in the goals on a weekly basis.
“Juventus are under no pressure to sell the striker in the coming transfer window – but if there is an offer that they simply cannot refuse – then we are sure that he will go for less than that 100 million valuation.’
‘Vlahovic is a very good striker that could be a very good signing for CHELSEA – he is one of a number of options for Enzo Maresca – he could be a very good signing for the right price that is for sure.’
TIME TO JOIN CHELSEA KELLEHER TOLD
Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher has been told ‘it’s time’ to think about leaving Anfield and that joining CHELSEA would be a superb ‘opportunity’ for both parties, as the Blues are in need of adding a quality stopper to that squad.

LIVERPOOL made the big decision in the summer to wrap up the signing of Mamardashvili amid all the speculation over the long-term future of Alisson, who has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia for months.
Liverpool are reluctant to sell Kelleher to a direct rival but would still likely accept an offer in the region of £35million, but the stopper has made no secret of his desire to be the first-choice goalkeeper somewhere after spending the past five and a half seasons as a back-up option behind Alisson Becker.
It is no secret that CHELSEA are looking at adding a new stopper to the side in the upcoming transfer window, and the likelihood is that Alisson will come straight back in, leaving Kelleher in a position that he has previously complained about and suggested would force his hand in the pursuit of regular first-team football.
As a result, reporter Iomie Stanley believes Chelsea should swoop for Kelleher and also reckons it would be a good outcome for the player: ‘I always look at [Emiliano] Martinez when he made the decision to leave Arsenal all those seasons ago.
‘He was at Arsenal for like ten years and finally made the decision to leave the London giants and is now regarded as one of the very best stoppers in world football, and a man that is one of the best in the Premier League.
‘I think Kelleher is a very good goalkeeper. He’s 25, it’s time now, it could be a very good time to make that move to Chelsea
‘I’m not convinced on [Robert] Sanchez if I’m honest, he makes some unbelievable saves… But he also makes alot of mistakes and Kelleher has proven himself a very good shot stopper for Liverpool this season.’
UNITED TOLD TO SELL RASHFORD
Manchester United have been urged to put a struggling Marcus Rashford “out of his misery” by Paul Parker amid talk of a potential sale in January, amid the reports that CHELSEA could be interested in a deal for the attacker in January.

Rashford has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons again this season and looks nothing like the player that netted 30 goals for Man United just a few seasons ago.
According to the Telegraph, United started welcoming bids for the 27-year-old last summer following a drastic loss of form, and are ready to let him leave the club when the January window opens up next month.
Speaking candidly in an interview with Betfred about Rashford’s struggles, Parker expressed disappointment over the England international’s apparent lack of consistency and leadership at a crucial stage in his career.
