Touchline outburst hands Arne Slot his third booking of the season following a mistimed challenge from Curtis Jones on Alex Iwobi, [Soccernet.ng](https://Soccernet.ng) reports.
After a thrilling 2-2 draw with Fulham at Anfield on Saturday, Liverpool manager Slot emotionally admitted his touchline behaviour went too far, saying, “There were a few moments when I could have been given a yellow card.”
The former Feyenoord coach was visibly frustrated after midfielder Jones was booked for a mistimed tackle on Fulham player Iwobi.
This decision unimpressed the home crowd and saw Slot lose his usual touchline composure, resulting in a yellow card.

Speaking to the media shortly after the game, Slot added: “It’s an emotional game and we were a man down, it’s frustrating. But it’s difficult to judge for me because I only see it in real-time like the referee.
“We have to accept what VAR sees. You know how important these decisions can be. We ended up with a draw and I don’t think we can blame the referee for that.
“Here I am very, very happy about the performance, I couldn’t have asked for more but of course not with the result because if you drop points in a home game against Fulham that is definitely not what you expect and what you want.
“Being a goal down twice, it’s all going against you, except for one thing, which is our players and our fans, I thought we were outstanding today.”
Iwobi has scored five goals and provided three assists in 16 Premier League games for Fulham this season.
