In October,Football Insider reported that Liverpool have joined the race to sign Palmeiras’ promising young defender, Vitor Reis, as part of their efforts to strengthen their central defense.
The report also noted that Reis is eager to move to Europe and fulfill his dream of playing in the Champions League. However, Palmeiras appears determined to keep him for the time being.
ESPN Brazil added that Manchester United, Arsenal, and Paris Saint-Germain are also keeping an eye on Reis. With the defender under contract until December 2028 and a €100 million release clause, a transfer doesn’t seem likely anytime soon.
