Ruben Dias and Erling Haaland of Manchester City look dejected after the Premier League match between City and Manchester United
Manchester City were beaten 2-1 by Manchester United on Sunday
Manchester City contrived to lose the derby in dramatic fashion on Sunday night.
The Blues were in front with minutes remaining courtesy of Josko Gvardiol's first half header. But Matheus Nunes conceded a penalty in trying to make up for a sloppy pass and Bruno Fernandes levelled from the spot. Amad Diallo, who was felled for the spot kick, then produced a late winner just seconds later.
It means Pep Guardiola's side have won just one of their last 11 games and lose further ground at the top even on a weekend when Arsenal and Liverpool failed to win. Here's how the next few weeks in the Premier League look for the leading contenders.
