Chelsea are now within two points off Liverpool after beating Brentford 2-1 at Stamford Bridge. Goals from Marc Cucurella and Nicolas Jackson give the Blues all three points.
Cucurella, however, was shown a red card after picking up his second booking after the full-time whistle.
