Amorim's team was leaked on Saturday night
Ruben Amorim admitted it is "not a good thing" the Manchester Evening News obtained United's starting XI against Manchester City on Saturday night.
The MEN published United's leaked XI 20 hours before kick off and also reported that Marcus Rashford was not included in the matchday squad.
United team news and line-ups have leaked sporadically for several years yet the earliness of the derby XI and the significance of the match made the matter more topical.
"I know that story," Amorim said. "I think it is impossible to fix, because you have a lot of people in the club, the players talk with agents, you can talk with friends, it's hard to know, it is not a good thing.

United sources stressed that Alejandro Garnacho's absence from the United squad was not related to speculation that his brother, Roberto, leaks United team news.
Jose Mourinho took a lighthearted approach when the MEN obtained United teams during his time at the club and he drew attention to it by openly asking this correspondent if he knew the team at press conferences.
When Phil Neville was assistant to then-United manager David Moyes, he demanded to know the source of a leaked team after United won 3-0 at Aston Villa in December 2013.
