Burnley could be a destination for full-back Oliver Sonne as he eyes a move to England, according to reporter Renzo Galiano.
Burnley will be looking to continue their push for promotion back to the Premier League over the coming weeks and months and a crucial January is right around the corner.
Scott Parker’s squad likely won’t require a lot of work when the transfer window opens, but some quality additions here and there will help the Clarets avoid going stale in their bid to rise from the Championship.

Signings will also open the door for some of those on the fringes to head out, so the recruitment team at Turf Moor will already have potential additions shortlisted ahead of the window’s opening on January 1st.
Now, a new Burnley transfer link has emerged, though it is with a player who has been eyed before.
Reporter Renzo Galiano states on X that Peruvian full-back Oliver Sonne could make a move to Turf Moor. Galiano says ‘everything seems to indicate’ that the 24-year-old will take the next steps in his exciting career in England and the Clarets are a club that could sign him.
However, nothing is decided yet, and Sonne also has Bundesliga admirers.

Sonne was linked with both Burnley and Coventry City in the summer.
