Everton have not yet announced The Friedkin Group’s takeover completion as there is one more step to go, Goodison News has learned.
The final announcement is subject to shareholder approval and once that is done, the club will make it official.
Goodison News has learned that this technicality is expected to be a formality as Farhad Moshiri has already approved it in principle and just has to rubber-stamp it.
The Friedkin Group are all set to become the next Everton owners
The Toffees took on Arsenal over the weekend and as expected, the Americans were not in attendance as they will be present once everything is official.
