Spanish club keen to sign struggling Chelsea star

Spanish club Real Betis are keen to sign one Chelsea star in January. The Blues star is struggling right now with lack of game time. This can tempt him to switch sides mid season and Betis looks like a good destination.

Real Betis are keen to improve their squad in winter window. They are on 9th position in La Liga and can miss European football if there isn’t significant change in the second half if the season.

On the other hand, Chelsea are doing really well this season. The Blues are sitting on 2nd position in Premier League and Enzo Maresca has came across his best players. There are reports that the club will be open to selling some of the stars that are not in manager’s plans.

Real Betis keen to sign Chelsea midfielder

According to Fichajes, Betis are keen to sign Cesare Casadei in January. They are also linked with West Ham star Guido Rodriguez. Rodriguez is regular starter for West Ham so signing him mid-season may prove too hard for Betis.

Casadei can be open to joining Betis as he needs regular game time. The Blues too may allow him to leave or may even opt to send him on loan. A loan move will also benefit both clubs and the player.

Casadei can play regular football at Betis which will help him in developement. He is still 21 years old so he has all the chance to get back at Stamford Bridge and establish himself as key player after showing his worth on loan.

There are very little hopes that Casadei will get more game time at Chelsea this season. The Italian is way behind in the pecking order. He has played only 5 games this season and has started only 3 of them. In addition, he is yet to play any Premier League game this season.
