West Ham’s trip to the south coast kicks off at 8pm and is live on Sky Sports. [West Ham](https://www.claretandhugh.info/bournemouth-v-west-ham-claret-and-hugh-prediction/) sit in 14th place and are taking on a Cherries team who will move up to fifth place in the Premier League if they manage to grab all three points tonight. Some of the pressure is off Lopetegui after the victory against wolves last week but the West Ham board are still expecting improvements from the team and more points in this crucial Christmas build up.
Lopetegui has made changes to the West Ham team named tonight. Crysencio Summerville is not in the starting eleven whilst Mavropanos starts instead of Jean Clair Todibo who is “believed” to have a slight injury. There are reports however that the player / coach rift has not been healed which, if true is a _massive failure on Lopetegui’s part._
Paquetá starts this week which we assume means that there will be two front men in Kudus and Bowen.
**West Ham United:**
**Fabianski| Coufal, Mavropanos, Kilman, Wan-Bissaka | Alvarez, Soler, Soucek Paquetá| Kudus , Bowen**

I have to say first reaction is very disappointing that there is no place for Summerville in the starting line-up. What kind of threat do West Ham carry tonight? Can West Ham not simply play their strongest eleven under this coach?
