Crystal Palace could lose eight first team stars as free agents next summer as it stands.
After a difficult start to the Premier League season, it's looking to be a festive season of cheer for Crystal Palace and Oliver Glasner.
The Eagles made the most of a sloppy Brighton performance at the weekend to romp home to a 3-1 win over their bitter rivals. It was two summer transfer signings among the goals at the AMEX Stadium, Ismalia Saar bagging a brace after Trevoh Chalobah opened the scoring.
With the January window around the corner, Glasner and Palace may be looking to bring in more new recruits but there are also negotiations to be had at home with several first team players' contracts running out at the end of the campaign.
Crystal Palace could look to cash in on any of those stars in January, rather than face the prospect of a departure as a free agent come the end of the season. LondonWorld looks at the eight Eagles men currently set to leave the club at the end of the 2024/25 campaign.
Tyrick Mitchell
The Crystal Palace academy product signed a contract extension with the club in 2021, which will expire at the end of the current season. Steve Parish labelled the defender's progress as 'an immense source of pride' at the time.
In September, Football Insider reported that the club was 'set to kick off contract talks' with Mitchell as Premier League clubs monitored his future. There is yet to be an update on any potential extension.

Extended his stay by one year in May. The midfielder's contract had been due to expire at the end of last season but he remains an important member of the squad. The 29-year-old arrived at Selhurst Park in 2021 from Watford on a £6 million deal that could rise to £10 million with add-ons.
Jeffrey Schlupp
Was another confirmed to have signed a one-year extension in May with his previous deal due to expire. There's been no talk of the player elongating his stay at Selhurst Park again and Celtic were credited with transfer interest in the 31-year-old this summer.
Joel Ward
The final of the trio whose one-year contract extensions were all confirmed at the same time earlier this year by Crystal Palace. The full-back has played for the Eagles since 2012 but has found himself warming the bench in the Premier League this season.
Speaking in May, Parish said: "As well as playing a pivotal role on the pitch, Will, Jeff and Joel are natural leaders in the dressing room who embody the Crystal Palace DNA and who help set a culture of the highest standards at the training ground."

Nathaniel Clyne
The experienced Premier League man signed a new one-year contract at Crystal Palace in June. The 33-year-old has only managed 393 minutes across all competitions so far this term.
Remi Matthews
The goalkeeper penned a one-year contract extension at the club in the summer having joined Crystal Palace in 2021. Matthews is yet to play this season and has only made one appearance for the Eagles first team, a three-minute Premier League cameo against Liverpool in 2023.

The Chelsea defender signed on a season-long loan at the end of August and is due to return to Stamford Bridge at the end of the campaign. Enzo Maresca has been brutal in trimming down his squad and it's hard to see the player finding his way back in, which could open conversations over a summer move should Crystal Palace be interested.
Speaking as he arrived at Selhurst Park, Chlobah said: "I'm delighted to join an ambitious club like Crystal Palace. I know some of the boys in the squad well and I'm looking forward to playing alongside them in front of the amazing support at Selhurst Park."
Matt Turner
Another late loan arrival this season, the goalkeeper was brought in from Nottingham Forest as Sam Johnstone headed out to Wolves. The USA international has had one outing for the side, in the Carabao Cup win over Aston Villa.
