Beto’s future at Everton is something that has been brought into question time and time again this season.
The striker has rarely had a chance to prove his worth to Sean Dyche and, even when opportunities have arose to do so, Dyche has still chosen Dominic Calvert-Lewin as his talisman.
Neither of the Toffees’ strikers have been up to scratch this season and at this point, it feels like they’re ready for a change.
Not only does the contract of Calvert-Lewin expire at the end of the season, but Beto has been linked with several teams regarding a potential move.
In the latest reports from Italy, Torino have been linked with a move for the Guinea-Bissau international.

Everton should get rid of Beto in January
Marko Arnautovic is another name linked with a switch to Torino, but the interesting thing is that TuttoSport reported on 16 December that Inter Milan would be willing to allow the Austria international to leave in January.
His last stint in the Premier League was a while ago now but it’s evident there’s still a more than solid player within him.
Granted, Inter already have Lautaro Martinez and Mehdi Taremi within their ranks, but Beto could slot in as the third choice if a swap deal were to be sanctioned.

Arnautovic would also provide more competition for Calvert-Lewin and perhaps spur him on to do better and try to earn an extension to his Goodison Park stay.
Of course, these are all just ifs buts and maybes, but on paper, a swap deal that includes Arnautovic and Beto feels like a no-brainer.
In other Everton news, The Friedkin Group’s plans for January have been shared ahead of their impending takeover.
