All the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding Arsenal as they turn their attention to the Carabao Cup.

Arsenal missed a huge chance to make up points on leaders Liverpool on Sunday, falling further behind Chelsea after being held to a goalless draw at home to Everton. The Gunners are struggling to win consistently heading into the festive fixtures, and the title race is threatening to get away from them.

Mikel Arteta’s men must now dust themselves down for two clashes with Crystal Palace in the space of a week, the two London clubs facing off in the Carabao Cup and then the Premier League. In the meantime, we have rounded up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding the Emirates Stadium.

Kudus chase

Arsenal are said to be battling Newcastle United for the signing of West Ham winger Mohammed Kudus. Kudus was heavily linked with an exit in the summer but remained at the London Stadium for what has been a disappointing start to the season for the Hammers.

The Mirror claim Kudus could push for a move as he looks to take the next step in his career, with both Arsenal and Newcastle lurking. The problem is that it’s likely to cost any buying club more than £50million, which would be big money for the January transfer window.

Kiwior talks

Jakub Kiwior could be set for a future away from the Emirates Stadium, struggling for game time again this season. The defender did get some game time recently when Gabriel Magalhaes was out, but it’s clear that when Gabriel and William Saliba are fit, Kiwior is unlikely to play.

That could see him go elsewhere, and Tuttomercatoweb have reported that Napoli have already held talks with Kiwior’s representatives in a bid to line up what would likely be a loan deal for the January window. A return to Italy is looking increasingly likely for the Poland international.
