West Ham fans will be livid about Ian 'Moose' Abrahams' outlandish X post just after Paqueta…

As Lucas Paqueta scored from the penalty spot to put West Ham United 1-0 up against Bournemouth on Monday night, we all knew deep down we didn’t have the game won.

Despite some West Ham fans suggesting that it was a much-improved performance, I really believe we got away with one because Bournemouth had an off day.

Sure, Lucas Paqueta put us 1-0 up late on, and yes, we should have held on for all three points.

But the overall performance was quite frankly sub-standard in my opinion.

In a depressing update, it has been claimed that Julen Lopetegui will be given some leeway by the board, due to the quality of Bournemouth.

Laughable really isn’t it.

How far have our owners’ expectations fallen? It’s a sign that they lack real ambition and in all honesty, we knew that already right?

Last night’s draw with the Cherries left a sour taste in my mouth in the end.

However, I was even more angry after I saw what the ‘Moose’ had posted!

West Ham fans livid about Abrahams’ post after Lucas Paqueta goal

Abrahams is a West Ham fan and a regular contributor to talkSPORT.

He has made somewhat of a name for himself on X by posting pictures alongside famous footballers and referring to them as ‘my friend’.

He posted a photo like that last night, but it was the caption that really angered me!

Abrahams to his official X account just after Paqueta scored from the spot:

Talk about tempting fate!

I saw this after the game had finished and it angered me.

How can a so called sports reporter send out a message like that, especially when it involves the team he actually supports!

The game was far from over when Paqueta found the back of the net from the spot.

In fact, there were still a whopping 12 minutes to play including stoppage time!

I found that message from Ian Abrahams after Lucas Paqueta’s penalty rather annoying to say the least, I must say.

I just don’t see the upside to tweeting something like that.
