Wolves Forward Cunha Charged By FA

Wolves forward Matheus Cunha has been charged with misconduct by the FA following the incident following the Blues’ 2-1 victory over the Old Gold at Molineux on Saturday.
Cunha was pictured elbowing a member of the Town security staff in the back of the head and then removing his glasses and shoving him in the face in a fracas at the end of the match which also led to his teammate Rayan Aït-Nouri being shown a second yellow card and Liam Delap picking up his fifth booking of the season, which will keep him out of Saturday’s home game against Newcastle.
The FA allege the Brazilian acted in an improper manner and has until Thursday to provide a response.

Will be interesting to see how long the ban is for his behaviour.||

Suffolkboy added 11:44 - Dec 17Trust he’ll be appropriately and severely punished for behaviour which was unsavoury ,unprofessional and totally unacceptable both in sport and everyday life !It has to be stopped in its tracks ,with possibly lengthy bans and the heaviest of fines! What explanation can there be for such physical assault and hooligan-like conduct ?

This needs to be at least a 3 match ban, but a 10 match ban would not be excessive.||
