Wolves ace Matheus Cunha has been charged by the Football Association (FA) ahead of the visit from Manchester United - after a heated altercation with an Ipswich staff member at the end of their 2-1 defeat at Molineux.
The Brazilian striker was seen in the midst of the chaos - allegedly striking a member of the Ipswich coaching team and snatching glasses from another staff member's face. On Tuesday, the FA confirmed that the ex-Atletico Madrid forward has been charged with misconduct and has until Thursday to respond.
It remains unclear, not only the length of any possible suspension, but also when it will be enforced as Wolves face an important festive period in the middle of their battle for Premier League survival.

In a statement, the FA said: "Matheus Cunha has been charged with misconduct following the Premier League match between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Ipswich Town on Saturday, December 14.
"The forward allegedly acted in an improper manner after the final whistle. He has until Thursday, December 19 to provide a response."
The 25-year-old has been instrumental for his team this season, netting eight goals in 16 Premier League games. With the January transfer window around the corner, his fine form and Wolves' perilous position has even led to speculation over a possible Molineux exit.
Ruben Amorim's side have been, previously, mooted as one club to hold an interest in the forward. At the end of November, talkSPORT claimed that Wolves sporting director Matt Hobbs promised Gary O'Neil that Cunha would not be offloaded in January after his impressive start to the campaign.
O'Neil was sacked as manager on Sunday following the dramatic 2-1 defeat to fellow strugglers Ipswich and with the surprise exit of United sporting director Dan Ashworth, it remains to be seen whether Cunha remains on their shortlist - should speculation be believed.
