Milton was taken ill in the directors' box at Portman Road during the Blues' 2-1 defeat to AFC Bournemouth, but the club thankfully confired that he was stable, communicating and 'in good spirits' later that evening.
The 61-year-old has been resting at home, having thanked fans and first aid responders following the incident. He has since provided another positive update, revealing that he'll attend Saturday's big game against Newcastle United.
"I just want to take a moment to thank everyone for their kind messages and support following my recent health scare during the Bournemouth fixture," he wrote in a statement.
"After a few tests and a bit of rest, I'm pleased to say I've had the all-clear and can now move forward. It's been a humbling experience, and I'm incredibly grateful for the love and care I've received.
"While I won't be back to work immediately, I'll be at the Newcastle game cheering on Town as a fan, and I'm looking forward to being part of the atmosphere again - just not in my usual capacity for a little while.
"Thank you again for everything, and I'll see you all soon."
