Theo Hernandez’s agent made a clear statement on his client’s future at AC Milan amid interest from the likes of CHELSEA, Manchester United and Real Madrid, who have all been alerted to the Frenchman’s potential availability in the coming windows.
Enzo Maresca has come into Chelsea and turned the Blues back into the side that is capable of winning that Premier League title, as the club are the closest rivals to Liverpool are a stunning start to the new season.
Chelsea are only two points behind the high flying Liverpool, and many are tipping the Blues to push on over the next few months and keep on challenging for a title that would get the board very excited about the future.
But despite the great start to the new season, despite the many players that Chelsea have in the squad, there has been alot of players that have been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in recent weeks and Hernandez is one of those players.
Hernandez’s contract is due to expire in 18 months and now CHELSEA have been handed a transfer boost as Milan would be willing to cash in on him next month in order to avoid losing him on a free.
Now his agent has made a statement on all the rumours – Speaking to Sky Sport in Italy, Quilon said: “We didn’t talk about renewal but about fiscal issues. The clear will is to stay and renew, we’ve said it many times.”
Asked about the decision to leave the player on the bench for the full 90 minutes as Milan drew with Genoa at the weekend, the agent added: “These are not decisions that are up to him.
‘He respects his team-mates and when a player plays in one role, the other doesn’t play. It also happened to [Rafael] Leao, you have to respect the coach’s choices.”
