Real Madrid, Chelsea and Arsenal target Vitor Reis is reportedly being pursued by Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion. This is according to a report from ESPN Brazil, which claims that the Seagulls have tabled a €25 million bid for the central defender (via Tribal Football).
However, it is believed that the player's current employers, Palmeiras, have immediately rejected the approach. Additionally, the report states that the Brazilian outfit will not be entertaining any bids for the 18-year-old until the Club World Cup next year.
To make matters worse for Brighton, Reis is being tracked by other top European sides apart from Real Madrid, Arsenal, and Chelsea. Manchester United and Barcelona are also said to be keeping an eye on the centre-half.

The negotiating power in this transfer will certainly be in the hands of Palmeiras, with Reis contracted at the club till the summer of 2028. He will have an important choice to make if the rumors surrounding potential suitors are true.
The most tempting of the lot would be a transfer to the Santiago Bernabeu, not only considering the prestige of the club but also the role that he would play. Carlo Ancelotti's side are looking for young prospects in this area, with a severe shortage of players at the moment.
Eder Militao and David Alaba are injured while Antonio Rudiger is over the age of 30. Reis could earn himself regular minutes and serve as a long-term option in the central defensive department at Real Madrid.

Premier League clubs Arsenal and Chelsea are reportedly preparing opening bids ahead of Real Madrid and Barcelona for Santos youngster Joao Pedro Chermont. The news comes from Caught OffSide, who claim that Wolves and Everton are also among the teams chasing the Brazil under-20 international's signature (via Football 365).
Chelsea's need for the player may be more immediate than the Gunners', given that Chermont often plays at right-back. The Blues have had several issues with Reece James' fitness and could be looking for a new long-term solution.
On the other hand, Arsenal have several options in this position, with the likes of Ben White, Takehiro Tomiyasu, and Jurrien Timber all capable of playing the role.
A move to Stamford Bridge may be fairly tempting, with Chelsea placed second in the Premier League standings and poised to challenge for the title.
