It’s set to be a really busy few days for Everton.
Alan Myers expects the Friedkin Group to complete their Everton takeover on Wednesday, ending Farhad Moshiri’s eight-and-a-half-year reign in charge.
The American investors have been working diligently in the background throughout this whole process and it’s believed they already have major plans in place.
The Friedkin’s are eyeing Dan Ashworth to replace Kevin Thelwell as the sporting director and a list of candidates to replace Sean Dyche have been drawn up.
Everton’s new owners are also lining up a £100m stadium naming rights deal, which could bank the club £10m-a-year across the next decade.
So, the future is certainly bright for the Merseysiders and it seems the Friedkin’s are committed to returning the club back to his past glories.
That’s evinced by how much they’ve already spent at the club since agreeing a deal with Moshiri back in September.

They’ve spent a fortune paying off existing debts whilst also complying with the mandatory costs relating to the new stadium on Bramley-Moore Dock.
Day-to-day running costs have been handled by the Friedkin’s, too, so there’s clearly no shortage of commitment.
The owners are planning a complete reshape of the club from top to bottom and will get straight to work on day one.
The Friedkin’s are expected to announce new members of the executive team as soon as the process is finalised.
Friedkin Group will place focus on improving recruitment
Improving Everton’s recruitment is seen as one of the biggest factors in changing the club’s fortune on the pitch.
The new owners will place great emphasis on developing that department, though, they recognise it’ll be impossible to spend their way out of danger this season due to PSR restrictions.
In fact, there is an acceptance that players may have to be sold in order to facilitate January signings for Dyche.
But, their long-term plans should certainly bring great excitement to Everton fans.
