The left-back has made 13 appearances in all competitions this season and is clearly happy with how things are going in Glasgown.

> “Both I and the team in general are in very good dynamics. I am very happy and I think the team is spectacular. It is a great prize to end the year,” he told Cadena SER.

Valle is due back at Barcelona at the end of the season and may have a chance to make the first-team squad as the team are short on options at left-back.

The defender was asked about the future but was pretty coy about what might happen next.

> “Barça has always been my home. This would be my eleventh season, so I have a special affection for it. In the end, these are circumstances in football and everyone does what they can,” he added.

>

> “I am very grateful for everything that has happened to me and is happening to me in life. I continue with the present and enjoy it, whatever happens next will be what has to happen. I consider that I have improved and I will improve in other aspects.”

Barcelona have been linked with dipping into the transfer market to sign a new left-back but will certainly be keeping tabs on Valle to see how he progresses at Celtic.
