All the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding the Premier League clubs.

Aside from those three sides, Brentford, Fulham and West Ham will be looking ahead to the weekend’s league action, while Chelsea are in Conference League action on Thursday. Here we round up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding the top flight.

Palace could return for winger

Crystal Palace could return with an interest in a deal to sign reported summer target Jhon Arias. According to La Opinion, the Fluminense star is currently on holiday after the conclusion of the Brazilian season, and he is awaiting an offer to move to Europe.

It’s claimed Arias is already the subject of numerous offers, though it’s unclear whether Palace are one of the teams making advances. The Eagles were heavily linked with the winger in the summer, but they did not make the move.

Robinson on Fulham’s strength

Fulham defender Antonee Robinson has been speaking about the Cottagers’ ability to compete with the best after draws with Arsenal and Liverpool. He said: “We’ve been managing to pick up results against top teams, that’s the difference from last year.

“We’ve got injuries, but it’s all about getting everyone back and staying consistent. We were on even footing and then we scored and they got a red card. They took a lot of risks pushing men high and they were rewarded for it. There was space for us on the break but we didn’t capitalise. They piled the pressure on and were really positive, They brought Diogo Jota on. I felt like Mo Salah was getting the better of me in the first half, I was on a booking but I felt more myself in the second half.”

Arsenal eye Raphinha

Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City are all credited with an interest in Barcelona winger Raphinha. According to Mundo Deportivo, all three sides are making a push to land the winger, who has excelled this season despite being linked with a move away to make room for Nico Williams in the summer.

The report details that Arsenal are working with intermediaries in a bid to win the race for Raphinha. Whether that is true or not remains to be seen, but the Gunners could do with more elite competition out wide, something that has been made clear this season.
