Aston Villa and Manchester City meet at Villa Park in the Premier League on Saturday, December 21 at lunch time.
Villa had the three points within their sights after Jhon Duran had given them the lead but an 87th minute equaliser from Nikola Milenkovic and then a 93rd minute winner scored by Anthony Elanga changed the complexion of the game.
Both sides were eliminated from the Carabao Cup and so there’s no midweek fixture to think about in the build-up to the game. Here’s the latest injury and team news prior to the pre-match press conferences.

Aston Villa team news
Jacob Ramsey remains sidelined until the New Year with a hamstring injury. Before the game against Leipzig, manager Unai Emery provided an injury update and said: "Jacob is progressing very well, but still weeks until he’s available."
Leon Bailey is out for between two to three weeks with a hamstring injury. Emery described him as having a 'small' injury which forced him to miss the trip to Nottingham Forest at the weekend.
Tyrone Mings was due to start against the Reds on Saturday but was withdrawn late on. He was pulled out of the squad and replaced by Pau Torres, after feeling ill. He should return against Man City, but Emery will provide an update later in the week.
Out: Jacob Ramsey. Doubt: Leon Bailey and Tyrone Mings.

Man City team news
Rodri was ruled out for the remainder of the campaign after rupturing his ACL in his right knee against Arsenal in September. The Ballon d'Or winner however is reportedly back running already and is a couple of months ahead of schedule after undergoing surgery.
Oscar Bobb sustained a leg fracture in training on the eve of the campaign. Pep Guardiola believes he will return either in January or in February. Nathan Ake came off injured against Nottingham Forest at the start of the month, and his return date is uncertain.
Manuel Akanji felt discomfort in the area for the pelvis, abductor. The 29-year-old suffered the injury against Nottingham Forest, the same time as Ake, but there’s a possibility he returns this weekend. Rico Lewis will once again be available after serving a one game ban for accumulating five yellow cards.
