Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo is turning the tide at the City Ground.
The Reds are changing the perception of how the team is viewed and it’s fair to say the ridicule has ceased.
Forest are currently fourth in the Premier League and have 28 points from the 16 matches played so far this season.
On Saturday, Aston Villa were put to the sword with Forest securing a comeback victory in the dying embers of the game.
Nikola Milenkovic and Anthony Elanga bagged the goals, with the second of those coming in the third minute of injury time.
It was a superb result for Forest and Elanga won praise from Theo Walcott afterwards.
Gary Lineker has already changed his mind on Forest this season and Forest aren’t the team constantly mocked by the media this season.

Espirito Santo is still striving for greatness, however, and he won’t rest on his laurels just yet.

Nuno Espirito Santo suggests he’s been frustrated with Anthony Elanga
Elanga might have got the winner at the weekend but he’s been out of sorts this season.
He’s not been in poor form, that would be a stretch, but no goal since February by the standards he sets had grown alarming.
Espirito Santo has now suggested as much by claiming what he’s been demanding of the player this season.
He told Nottinghamshire Live: “I think it means a lot for him. We have been asking for more actions from him!
“But more than just Anthony, I think it means a lot for the squad to realise and understand that it doesn’t matter if you start or not. It really doesn’t matter.”
Team spirit now sky high at Forest
The togetherness in the group is there for all to see.
Espirito Santo has worked hard in pre-season to create a bond inside the dressing room and getting lots of business done early has been key.
The Reds need to keep progressing this season and thankfully a relegation battle looks to have slid off the agenda.
Elanga who signed for £15 million from Manchester United is still only 22 and he’s clearly been able to keep his confidence up in a dressing room doing all they can to help him out.
Some of the talk about Elanga not being good enough to start has been nonsense, with form temporary and class permanent.
Elanga will now hope to build on this and get back to his form of last season which saw him register 14 goal contributions across the season.
