Chelsea face Shamrock Rovers tonight in the Europa Conference League as they look to keep their 100% record in the competition going this season.
The game kicks off at a more normal game in the UK at least, compared to the 3.30pm kick off last week, at Stamford Bridge for 8pm tonight.
EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea ‘seriously consider’ January approach for Premier League centre back!!
Enzo Maresca was speaking to the media yesterday and of course, the main part of the questioning was based around the messy Mykhailo Mudryk situation, in which The Blues boss gave the Ukrainian international his full backing and support.
Mudryk would have usually been starting in games like this one tonight, but his future now looks quite bleak, at least his immediate future.
There was six academy players in Chelsea’s full training squad for tonight’s game, in their last session yesterday, which gives a big clue as to who will be involved and who could start tonight.

Chelsea training yesterday
After his new contract with Chelsea was finally confirmed yesterday, defender Josh Acheampong is set to start again for the club tonight.
Tyrique George as well will have another huge chance of getting the nod, and defender Harrison Murray-Campbel could also get called upon from the start this week if Renato Veiga is saved for the weekend’s game, with Marc Cucurella suspended.
The other academy lads in the squad is Kiano Dyer, Sam Rak-Sakyi, and Shim Mheuka.
As spotted by Chelsea youth expert Felix Johnston, this was Chelsea’s full outfield training squad for tomorrow:
DEF: Cucurella, Disasi, Veiga, Acheampong, Harrison Murray-Campbell
MID: Dewsbury-Hall, Chukwuemeka, Casadei, Kiano Dyer, Rak-Sakyi
ATT: Nkunku, Félix, Guiu, George, Mheuka
It should hopefully be another opportunity for some of these lads to either start, or perhaps even come off the bench for some vital minutes and experience tonight.
