**Maximilian Kilman** says his West Ham United team is determined to keep on building on the positives they gained from Monday night's 1-1 draw at AFC Bournemouth.
The Irons were aiming for a second straight Premier League victory when they travelled to the South Coast, and they so almost got it after Lucas Paquetá put them in front with just three minutes remaining at Vitality Stadium.
But an even later goal - a stunning free-kick by the Cherries' Enes Ünal - meant the points were shared from an absorbing contest on the South Coast.
In truth, a share of the spoils was probably fair from a match which the Hammers shaded before the break, but Bournemouth came on strong in the second half.
The goals came late, and of course the fact the visitors held the lead that late in the piece when Paquetá converted from the spot meant at the final whistle the feeling in their dressing room was one of what might have been.
"We've worked incredibly hard, but were unfortunate that they finished with a free-kick at the end," Kilman said.
"We've made a lot of improvements. We were very aggressive, fighting for the second balls, and we've put in a proper shift out there
"So, credit to everyone. It's a tough place to come, but, we've managed to match them and are unfortunate not to take all three points.
"There is the frustration that we haven't got all three points. Of course, conceding in the last minute is always tough.
"But taking a point away from home, wherever you play, is always going to be tough, and it's always something you need to take the positives from. "

The point at Bournemouth backed up a 2-1 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers the previous week, and with the busy Christmas period now upon the Hammers, Kilman feels those are solid building blocks for the weeks ahead.
Just six points separate Bournemouth in sixth from West Ham in 14th, so the No26 is targeting a rapid ascent up the table in the New Year.
"For sure, we're going to look ahead and we've got a home game coming up next, so we need to make sure we put our best performance in again," he added.
"We've always had high belief. Of course, things have not been going so well, but I think there's a lot of things to look forward to. We're working really hard and we want want to put in our best performances and hopefully we can keep getting good results.
"There's so much more to come. We've got an incredible squad of players. We just need to keep pushing and I'm sure things will be on the up."
