It now seems like just a matter of time until Everton’s takeover is announced with the wait finally set to come to an end.
Farhad Moshiri’s tenure at the club is done, and The Friedkin Group are set to be handed the keys tp start a new dawn for Everton.
Fabrizio Romano has already said The Friedkin Group have signed all the paperwork to complete their takeover on Thursday.
But this is only the start of their journey as the owners on Merseyside with some huge decisions already ahead of them.
The future of Sean Dyche is a big talking point at Goodison Park, but it seems they’ve already made a decision on Kevin Thelwell.

The Friedkin Group set to back Kevin Thelwell at Everton
It has already been suggested that Everton were interested in Dan Ashworth following his departure from Manchester United.
However, journalist Mark Douglas has now claimed the new owners are set to provide Thelwell with their support at Goodison.
The Everton director of football is believed to be highly regarded by many across the game, having helped the Toffees through a difficult period.

It is suggested Thelwell is set to be handed ‘considerable backing’ over the coming transfer windows as he attempts to pull the club away from the bottom three.
But it is not going to be an easy task in the transfer windows, with PSR set to restrict Everton’s spending in January under their new ownership.
The Friedkin Group need to make decisive Sean Dyche decision
Now a decision has been made on Thelwell, the same must be done with Dyche and it should be done quick.
Jamie Carragher has criticised Dyche’s treatment of certain players this season with a lot of his signings barely even making an impact on his starting XI.
It is clear Everton are not where they want to be as they go into this weekend just two places ahead of the relegation zone.
But many may also feel Dyche has not exactly had a free run at it since he became the Everton manager with constant off-field issues being need to be dealt with.
The Friedkins have not ruled out a new contract for Dyche and, if he is to stay, it should be with the view to give him a proper go at getting it right on Merseyside.
