Aston Villa Football Club has announced a regeneration project at Villa Park, combining the club's 150-year heritage with cutting-edge facilities to redefine the matchday experience.
Set to launch by Christmas 2025, the development will feature The Warehouse, a state-of-the-art multi-use venue poised to become a central hub for fans and the wider community. Highlights of the project also include a revamped North Grounds plaza, a new ticketing office, and an expanded club shop footprint.
On matchdays, The Warehouse will transform into the Premier League’s largest beer hall, offering ticketed supporters free entry to a vibrant space with LED lighting, flat-screen TVs, and an unmatched pre-match atmosphere. Beyond football, the 3,500-capacity venue will serve as the Midlands’ premier destination for concerts, live events, and community activities, showcasing both local and international talent.

The redesigned North Grounds plaza will heighten matchday energy with larger-than-life player receptions and a seamless connection between the stadium, The Warehouse, and the new club shop, which opened earlier this season. The expanded plaza will act as a dynamic space for fans to gather, creating an electrifying atmosphere that reinforces Villa Park as one of the top matchday destinations in the league.
Chris Heck, President of Business Operations, said: "This is a transformational project, well on its way to completion for next season.
"We want to create the best matchday experience possible in the Premier League, so we’re giving our fans an open space to do what fans do best–come together to celebrate the players, the game and the lifeblood of this community. And the strategic decision to utilise this space as a world-class entertainment venue adds another pivotal piece to climbing the financial fair play mountain.
"Everything we do is designed to make this Club one of the best in the world, on and off the pitch."
