Following Russell Martin's sacking on Sunday evening, Carlos Corberan was unsurprisingly being touted as a potential successor at St Mary's.
As reported in the Express & Star earlier this week, the Saints are admirers of Corberan and the job he has done at Albion, and potential interest comes after he was linked to the managerial position at Wolves earlier this month.
It seemed as though Corberan and Sheffield Wednesday's Danny Rohl, who has previously served as an assistant manager at the Saints in the past, were among the two front runners Southampton were looking at.
But now it seems that other names have entered the fold, as the Saints look to appoint Martin's successor.
Kasper Hjulmand, who recently left Denmark after manging the national team for four years, is now second favourite with the bookmakers behind Rohl, who has also been linked to German side Hamburger SV.
And now the third favourite, ahead of Corberan, is former Roma boss Ivan Juric.
Juric, who has spent much of his career in Italy, was sacked by the Italian side back in November after just 12 games in charge.
