**There has been a lot left to be desired on the wings for AC Milan this season, and a possible shakeup could be on the cards, according to a report this morning.**
With Rafael Leao and Christian Pulisic, Milan have two top-quality wingers, but the depth in the positions is not fantastic. Noah Okafor and Samuel Chukwueze arrived as two players with high potential, but there have rarely been showings of any progress.
Starting with Okafor, the winger was never meant to be the main guy in the Rossoneri picture, but instead, he would offer quality depth on the front line, with the view of continuing to grow. If Leao left and things had gone to plan, there probably wouldn’t have been too great of a need for a large investment to replace him as Okafor could step up. This [**has not happened**](https://sempremilan.com/january-sale-possibility-okafor-breaking-point) though.
The story is largely similar on the right – an underwhelming 18 months after being signed with great promise. Pulisic and Chukwueze arrived in the same summer, with a starting role not guaranteed to either, but the American’s tantalising form has made opportunities hard to come by.
Partner this with a failure to consistently impress, and once again, it has been a struggle.
For this reason, it is not a surprise that the club are considering a change, and [Alessandro Jacobone](https://x.com/NonEvoluto/status/1869457810632626446) has reported that the club are considering a swap deal involving either of the two wingers and Jaden Philogene.
The Englishman has struggled to find an opportunity under Unai Emery, so a move in the summer could be possible if things do not improve for either of the three players.
