The Friedkin Group have finally completed their Everton takeover.
Everton announced the Friedkin’s on Wednesday afternoon, ending a long drawn out process since agreeing a deal with Farhad Moshiri in September.
The American investors, who also own Roma, are expected to make significant changes to the club from top to bottom.
Dan Friedkin is already lining up a £100m stadium naming rights deal, which could bank £10m-a-year for the next decade.
Meanwhile, the group are already planning on bringing in new staff at boardroom level, with executives set to be announced.
A number of other key decisions are set to be made, as we take a look at the three most important things they must address at Everton immediately.

Friedkin’s must make Sean Dyche decision
The first and perhaps most important decision to be made is deciding whether to make a change in the dugout.
Everton fans have urged the club to sack Sean Dyche for months but recent results have dampened those calls.

Everton News previously reported that Dyche is expected to leave Goodison Park in the new year, with Sergio Conceicao and Graham Potter under consideration.
Though, with Dyche out of contract at the end of the season anyway, and results improving, it’d make sense to hold out for now and bring in his long-term successor in the summer.
Kevin Thelwell should be replaced by Dan Ashworth
Changing the sporting director is a little more urgent, as Dan Ashworth, who recently left Manchester United, probably won’t be available for very long.
Everton News understands the Friedkin’s are monitoring Ashworth’s situation with Kevin Thelwell out of contract next year.
Ashworth is considered one of the best sporting directors in Europe, so whilst he’s out of work, the new owners must do everything they can to land his signature ahead of their Premier League rivals.
Thelwell’s signings have been heavily criticized in recent weeks, so evidently a change is needed in that department sooner rather than later, anyhow.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin must be upgraded on in January
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has scored just two Premier League goals this season and is really holding Everton back.
Despite Everton fans urging for Calvert-Lewin to be dropped, Dyche continued to start the out-of-form striker.
Calvert-Lewin is attracting interest from Arsenal ahead of the January window, which looks like it’ll be the last chance to cash in on him with his contract due to expire next summer.
The Friedkin’s must make signing a prolific striker one of their priorities, as it could be the difference in staying up or going down.
Everton have been tracking Brazil striker Igor Jesus.
