Farhad Moshiri’s spell on Merseyside has finally come to an end with the Everton takeover announced on Thursday.
The long-awaited announcement has finally hit Merseyside, with The Friedkin Group being handed the keys.
And there could already be some quick changes at Everton with the Friedkins set to increase their shares.
A lot of work needs to be done at Goodison for Everton to return to their former glory.
Everton fans have reacted to Moshiri’s exit from the club after his tenure ended in disappointment as Sean Dyche’s sit linger at the wrong end of the table.
But the former owner has now issued one final request ahead of the new stadium opening its doors next season.

Farhad Moshiri wants to visit the new Everton stadium

MORE EVERTON STORIES
Moshiri has failed to provide Everton with any stability over recent years having seen the club threatened with relegation.
But there have also been issues off the pitch with Everton still restricted by PSR ahead of the January transfer window.
However, the jewel in the crown is their future home with the new Everton stadium passing tests ahead of its handover to the club.
The Friedkin Group to be represented at Everton vs Chelsea
Fans will be ready to create a party atmosphere on the weekend when Chelsea make the trip north to Merseyside.
Representatives of The Friedkin Group will attend Everton vs Chelsea. However, it has recently been claimed Dan Friedkin will not be in there.
Although Moshiri started the Bramley-Moore Dock project, he is not going to be there to see it through to the final stages.
Whether some fans agree or not, perhaps he is owed one visit to the stadium which he put into construction.
