Chelsea player ratings vs Shamrock Rovers as Guiu wonderful and George bright

Chelsea have cruised to victory against Shamrock Rovers in their final UEFA Conference League league phase match, meaning they have topped the table in the newly-formatted group stage.

Marc Guiu opened the scoring on 22 minutes after a defensive error from Darragh Burns allowed the Spaniard to have an open goal. However, Markus Poom's strike saw the visitors level the match just moments later.

Guiu, though, was on hand to take advantage of another mistake later in the first-half and score his second goal of the night. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall gave the Blues a two-goal advantage moments later with a cool finish past Leon Pohls.

It was a hat-trick for Guiu with the final touch of the first-half, glancing on a cross into the bottom corner. Marc Cucurella scored in the second-half with a fine right-footed finish to make it five for the hosts in west London.

It was a relatively low-key second-half compared to the first and it finished 5-1 to Chelsea, who won all six games in the league phase of the competition. Below, **Bobby Vincent** rates the Chelsea players based on their performance tonight...

**Filip Jorgensen** - Quiet night. Couldn't do a thing about the goal. **6**.

**Josh Acheampong** - Another bright display from one of the club's most exciting young talents. **6**.

**Axel Disasi** - Felt like he allowed Johnny Kenny in behind too often. His passing was nice, though. **5.5**.

**Renato Veiga** - It is his searching ball that set up the opening goal of the game. **6**.

**Marc Cucurella** \- Decent. Probably wouldn't have played if it wasn't for that red card at the weekend. But he did - and he scored. Again. **8**.

**Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall** - Great to see him score his second goal for the club. Lovely finish. **7.5**.

**Cesare Casadei** - Had a great effort tipped wide in the first-half.

**Noni Madueke** \- Volleyed over on 15 minutes. Fine cross for Guiu just before half-time for the Spaniard's hat-trick. Subbed at the break. **6**.

**Christopher Nkunku** \- Didn't seem too fazed about having toilet roll chucked at him. Almost scored before Dewsbury-Hall did. **6**.

**Tyrique George** \- Early on, everything was going through the left wide and he was making things happen. Great cross to Noni Madueke around 15 minutes in. **7**.

**Marc Guiu** \- Opened the scoring just over 20 minutes in. He gambled when nobody else did. His second goal was even more impressive. Again, brilliant anticipation and capitalised on another mistake from the visitors.

Completed his hat-trick just before half-time. What a night for the striker. Five in two games for him. **9**.

**SUBS**

**Harvey Vale** (on for Madueke 46') - Good to see him get more minutes. **6**.
