Tottenham vs Liverpool team news ahead of the Premier League fixture.
Liverpool aim to be top of the Premier League table at Christmas when they travel to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday (4.30pm GMT).
The Reds are having a season that not many fans expected after Arne Slot succeeded the legendary Jurgen Klopp in the Anfield hot seat. But Liverpool have been on an upward trajectory and impressed plenty.
Yet they have dropped points in their past two league games. The Reds earned plenty of plaudits for battling to a 2-2 draw against Fulham despite playing most of the game with 10 men but Chelsea have closed Liverpool’s lead at the summit to two points.
Slot’s troops face a Tottenham side who are volatile but can hurt any team on their day. Spurs romped to a 5-0 win over Southampton in their previous league game and will want to build momentum.
Ahead of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium fixture, here is an early look at the team news for both sides.
