Who is Dan Friedkin?
Thomas Dan Friedkin was born in 1965 in San Diego, California and is the son of Thomas H. Friedkin, the founder of The Friedkin Group. Dan took over the role of CEO from his father at age 35.

Is Dan Friedkin a pilot?
Remarkably, Friedkin is a stunt pilot in his spare time, founding the Air Force Heritage Flight Foundation and performing alongside the US. Air Force at aerobic shows.
Most interestingly, though, Friedkin starred in the 2017 Christopher Nolan film, Dunkirk, landing a Spitfire on the Dunkirk beach in an iconic scene. The stunt earned him a prestigious Taurus Stunt Award for his efforts.
